If you have done a couple of triathlons in open water and want to get the edge on then competition, or simply want to have more in the tank when you get to the bike, this group session is for you.

You will be part of a group of 3-6 people and the 45 min session will introduce some tricks and tactics to improve your swim, including breathing and stroke adaption for different open water conditions, transition practice (exiting water and wetsuit removal), drafting, sighting and mass or beach starts.
