Whether you are training for your first or tenth open water triathlon this course has something for you. You will have already started swimming in open water, but be wanting to pick up tips and tricks to improve the efficiency of your swim, be the best you can in transition, get the edge on the competition, or to just have more in the tank when you get to the bike. This is a perfect follow-on to our Introduction to Open Water Course.
You will be part of a group and through a dry side talk and in-water coaching this 2hr session will introduce some tricks and tactics to improve your swim, including* breathing and stroke adaption for different open water conditions, transition practice (exiting water and wetsuit removal, to bike theory), drafting, sighting and mass or beach starts.
The course fee is £25 for existing YOS members or £35 for non-members (including membership to the end of the year)
